I've been active in Real Estate for over 10 years, owning and managing both long-term rental properties as well as a large number of short-term rentals (VRBOs).   Real estate is a second career for me as I've had a long history in global marketing and sales leadership primarily in the technology industry.  I have a large family and we love dogs!  As a matter of fact, I'm a co-owner of Barkwells outside of Asheville.  I moved to Asheville full-time 5 years ago and absolutely love the area.
